
Camila Noordeloos
Originally from Brazil, Camila earned a BBA from the Universidade Federal da Bahia and received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She speaks Portuguese, English, and French.
She is a class 27 Kauffman Fellow and currently serves as a Board Director of the Michigan Venture Capital Association. Most recently she co-founded the Great Lakes Venture Capital Summit.
Her recent recognitions include being named a Women of Influence in 2025 (Crain's), Venture Capital’s Rising Star 2024 (PEI), 50 Most Influential Women in West Michigan (Crain’s 2024), and 39 Most Important VCs in the Midwest (Insider 2022).
Camila loves to travel and stay active. She currently lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband Justin, sons Leo and Lucca, and lovely golden retriever Bodhi.
Camila has spent 15+ years at the intersection of venture capital, innovation, and company building, backing founders, shaping strategy, and helping organizations grow from early bets into lasting businesses.
For seven years she served as General Partner at Grand Ventures, where she led investments across B2B sectors, worked closely with portfolio companies on strategy and execution, and played an active role in fundraising and firm operations. Before that, she spent six years at GE Ventures helping build one of the most active corporate VC platforms in the country, managing a portfolio of 150+ companies and holding roles across investing, portfolio management, and business strategy.
