Corey Ford is an innovation-focused executive coach and strategic advisor to founders, CEOs, and executives in media, tech, and entrepreneurship. He is the founder of Point C, where he helps leaders clarify, test, and communicate their strategic visions; secure buy-in, resources, and funding; and build cultures where teams can experiment, innovate, and grow.

A Morehead-Cain Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA graduate of Stanford Graduate School of Business, Corey founded and scaled Matter Ventures, a startup accelerator and venture capital fund focused on innovation in media. Earlier in his career, Corey helped produce award-winning documentaries for PBS FRONTLINE, including Emmy- and duPont-winning films.
His teaching — including The Idea Bucket newsletter and his Venture Design framework — blends strategic innovation, leadership development, and cultural transformation. Across all of his work, Corey helps leaders build the mindsets, strategies, and environments that unlock their full personal and professional potential — and reach their next destination.
