Laura Constantini
I hold a degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
I dedicate part of my time to Endeavor in São Paulo and Insper. I am an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Leman Center at Stanford School of Education.
I am one of the first female VC investors in Brazil and Latin America with over 16 years of experience in the sector and co-founded Astella Investimentos. My approach combines strategic vision and impact, and I have developed my investment theses in Ecosystems, Growth Stage and the "Right 'to Win" of scaleups. The combination of these premises creates a structured strategy and a differentiated way of investing. My passion is to bridge the gap between families who want to stay connected with innovation and entrepreneurship, utilizing my network and in-depth knowledge of innovation ecosystems and Brazil to help families access the best investment options. This reflects my commitment to transforming global challenges into scalable solutions that foster a more prosperous and sustainable future.
A member of Class 23, I served my fellowship at Astella Investimentos, the VC firm I co-founded, back in 2008.
