Vica Manos

Vica Manos is the co-founder and General Partner of ByteSized Capital, a UK-anchored venture capital firm backing AI-native companies in mission-critical sectors. She was previously a Partner at Anthemis, where she ran the firm’s global early-stage strategy.

With nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and regulation, Vica has built a track record of backing visionary teams who break through regulatory complexity and turn it into competitive advantage. Her board work spans companies from Currencycloud to Yulife, Numan, Hurdle and Apollo Agriculture, among many others, each reshaping their respective industries.

When she’s not working with bold entrepreneurs solving difficult problems, Vica enjoys spending time with her partner and their two children, where dog-walks, cook-outs and board games take centre-stage. She loves to travel, speaks five languages, and is an avid baker.
